  3. Certification of the «Pasiphae by Kokkinakis Premium» as a Medicinal Health Product by the University of Athens.(Certificate of Analysis 466/2016/23.12.2016)
    As reflected in the 2016 harvest analysis certificate  of the Athens University,  the  levels of Oleocanthal and Oleacein, ingredients  in which are attributed anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, cardioprotective and neuroprotective properties, exceed  by 2.7 and 2.2 times respectively the average of the samples studied at Davis University, California.
    Additionally the levels of Tyrosol and Ηydroxytyrosol derivatives exceed by 5.34 times the required limit for an olive oil to belong  to the category of those that protect blood lipids from oxidative stress, in accordance with Regulation 432/2012 of the European Union.
    These results demonstrate that the «Pasiphae by Kokkinakis Premium» is a leading medicinal health product, a real Superfoods.
  4. Certification by the recognized by the International Olive Oil Council laboratory multichrom.lab, that all categories of the Pasiphaë by kokkinakis Extra Virgin Olive Oil have no organoleptic defect. (Certificates of Analysis no 59256/16.12.2016 & 59257/13.12.2016)
