REPRESENTATIVE PACKING FOR “Pasiphaë by Kokkinakis” EVOO (Natural &Organic)
Our Commitment to Quality and Transparency
1. Clear Standards. Full Transparency.
We have established clear rules and specifications to help eliminate the confusion and “grey areas” surrounding Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO).
Our aim is to provide our partners and customers with all the information they need to understand exactly what they are purchasing, where our olive oil comes from, and which quality standards it meets.
We believe that quality should be transparent, documented and verifiable.
2. Small Batches. Authenticity. Craftsmanship.
Unlike much of the olive oil available on the market, which is produced on an industrial, large-scale basis, our olive oil is produced and handled in carefully controlled small batches, with particular attention to craftsmanship, authenticity and the preservation of its natural sensory characteristics.
Our approach places quality and character above high-volume production.
We recommend enjoying our Extra Virgin Olive Oil raw, where its aromas, freshness and distinctive flavor can be fully appreciated. It is ideal for:
- salads,
- grilled dishes,
- boiled or steamed vegetables,
- fish and seafood,
- legumes,
- pasta and Mediterranean cuisine.
Its naturally high polyphenol content is one of the important characteristics of our selected batches and is confirmed through laboratory analysis.
3. Quality That Can Be Demonstrated
The quality characteristics of our olive oil are supported by the corresponding laboratory analyses, certificates and certifications.
The relevant analyses are carried out by laboratories accredited by ESYD – the Hellenic Accreditation System, providing an additional level of reliability and confidence in the reported results.
We do not want our partners to rely solely on our claims.
We believe that exceptional quality should be demonstrated, not simply stated.
4. Planning Your Requirements
Our new partners are kindly asked to discuss with us their requirements regarding the quality, quantity and packaging of olive oil they wish to purchase, preferably by the end of September at the latest.
Early planning enables us to better organize production, bottling and deliveries and, subject to availability, to reserve the desired quantity and specifications for each partner.
5. International Shipments
We can also arrange shipments of our olive oil to families and private customers living abroad, including families living in the same city.
For a more convenient and cost-effective transportation arrangement, the indicative minimum quantity is approximately 200 kg.
